Friday is volunteer day at the Pfeiffer Center! Meet us in the garden (across from 285 Hungry Hollow Road) at 9:30am, dress appropriately to work outdoors, and plan to work until 12:30pm.

We have tasks for all ages and abilities, depending on the needs of the garden each week: bed preparation for planting, sowing seeds, transplanting, harvesting, weeding, landscaping, and greenhouse work.

Lunch and snacks can be purchased at the Fellowship Community's Hand and Hoe, at Threefold Café, or at the Hungry Hollow Co-op. There is no need to call in advance, but if you need more information please call us at 845-352-5020 x20.

Special schedule note: Because of workshops or other events in the garden, we cannot accept volunteers on these days: April 23, May 7, 14 and 21, June 11, and August 13.
