The Pfeiffer Center practices and teaches biodynamics, a method of organic agriculture that goes beyond conventional notions of “sustainability” to demonstrate actual improvements in soil vitality and in the taste and nutritional quality of produce.
CSA
At our market-style CSA, shareholders pack their own boxes, choosing from a generous selection from the harvest of the day. We offer 23 weekly pickups from June to November.
Farm Stand
May through October, stop by the Hand & Hoe for fresh-picked, biodynamically raised produce and herbs grown in the fields and gardens of the Pfeiffer Center and Duryea Farm.
Plant Sale
Each spring, our annual Plant Sale serves up beautiful, healthy, biodynamically raised bedding plants for your garden. Vegetable, herb, and flower starts are offered, along with teas, salves and compost made by the Pfeiffer Center.
